Frequently asked
How can I transfer Dutch profits to Türkiye?
There are several routes, such as dividends, management fees or intra-group service invoices, each with different tax and documentation consequences in both countries. Which route fits depends on your company structure and your situation in Türkiye. We compare the options in a tailored assessment.
Can my Turkish parent company invoice the Dutch BV?
Yes, for a genuine service and at a price in line with market conditions. Intra-group transactions should rest on a written agreement with documented pricing, which matters in tax audits in both countries. We set up the agreements and the documentation together.
How often do I receive reports?
In the standard set-up you receive a monthly report; a weekly cash position can be added if needed. Reports are prepared in Turkish and discussed in a short call. The aim is not to read the numbers but to decide with them.
Do you need to do my bookkeeping to provide financial advisory?
No; we can work with your existing bookkeeping as long as we have regular access to the data. Having bookkeeping and advisory in one place makes the data flow easier, but it is not required. In the first call we determine together which set-up suits you.
